Begin Again is a weekend retreat for women who are ready to slow down, reflect, and realign in a warm and wholehearted community.

Through guided exercises and group connection, we'll:
Reconnect with core values
Envision what a truly aligned life looks like for you
Name what’s been getting in the way — and figure out what to do about it
Leave with a gentle, actionable plan to reorient your life around what matters most

You’ll be guided through reflective exercises like values clarification, ideal day visioning, and practical planning. You’ll have space to be witnessed, supported, and inspired by others. And, just as important, you’ll have time to unwind, release, and refill your own cup.
Society is big on emphatic New Years resolutions, but that’s not what you’ll find here. This isn’t about new year new you. It’s about noticing where you’ve wandered and gently coming back to yourself.

Morning yoga
Small-group class taught by certified yoga instructor to start the day off right

The location
The retreat will be hosted at gorgeous Red Bird House, a "wellness house" located on seven acres in the Catskill Mountains of New York. Red Bird House is equipped with a far infrared sauna, halotherapy salt booth, somadome meditation pod, a Peloton bike, massage room, yoga/movement studio, and hot tub. Guests will sleep in four spacious, sun-filled bedrooms equipped with two beds each. House is stocked with games, yoga mats, blankets and so much more. (Check out Red Bird House here!)
